Description
3D PRINT UPPER A new, flexible, unrestricted upper offers a barely-there fit. FLYTEFOAM TECHNOLOGY FLYTEFOAM technology in the midsole helps provide lightweight and responsive cushioning. This midsole application works in conjunction with the shoe's improved heel design to help generate an even smoother transition from footstrike to toe-off. GEL TECHNOLOGY CUSHIONING Softer material found under the heel and ball of the foot to reduce shock when the foot contacts the ground. (function(f) {var _np=(window.P._namespace("AplusModule"));if(_np.guardFatal){_np.guardFatal(f)(_np);}else{f(_np);}}(function(P) { // register javascript with unique module id P.when("jQuery", "AplusModules-module-6", "ready").execute(function($, hoverModule) { hoverModule("aplus-module-6-2"); }); })); SURFACE Road HEEL DROP 10 mm WEIGHT 264 g/9.3 oz SUPPORT Neutral CUSHION Extra (function(f) {var _np=(window.P._namespace("AplusModule"));if(_np.guardFatal){_np.guardFatal(f)(_np);}else{f(_np);}}(function(P) { P.when('AplusModules-module-16-tech-specs').execute(function(resizeSpecTables) { resizeSpecTables('aplus-index-3', 'aplus-tech-spec-table', 'aplus-tech-spec-hide-loading'); }); })); UNDERPRONATION IS How Your Foot Contacts The Ground: The outside of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with minimal pronation, causing shock to the lower leg. Push-Off: You experience pressure on your outer toes. Considered Injuries: Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle strain. Foot Type: High arches. NEUTRAL FOOT TYPE IS How Your Foot Contacts The Ground: Your foot lands on the outside of the heel and then rolls inward, absorbing impact on the body. Push-Off: Your experience even distribution from the front of the foot. Considered Injuries: Getting hurt is less likely due to effective shock absorption, but not impossible. Foot Type: Normal-size arches. OVERPRONATION IS How Your Foot Contacts The Ground: Your foot lands on the outside of the heel and then rolls inward, transferring excess weight. Push-Off: Your experience pressure mainly on your big toe and second toe. Considered Injuries: Shin splints, plantar fasciitis, bunions, heel spurs. Foot Type: Low arches or flat feet. Read more

Bought this shoe in May 2020. They are only used inside, on a treadmill. They are not used for anything but treadmill workouts. I have logged approximately 200 miles on them to this point. It is a light, well fitting and supporting running shoe. However, the sidewalls are splitting, the treads are peeling away from the soles, the rubber is flaking. Just poor quality. I had a pair or Saucony before this and I probably will go back due to quality concerns. I reached out to Asics North America who responded quickly, asking for a battery of information (pictures, receipts, etc). But, then they never responded again despite me reaching out multiple times. Why should I stand by a product that the manufacturer won't stand by?I've been buy Asics since I had foot surgery...The Cumulus 17's were the most comfortable and after that they started to get worse but still better than any of the other brands seeing that Asics still makes shoes for walking/running Pronation... I bought the 22's.. They're everything the 17's were but lighter.... So I bought another pair after wearing them less than a day! Will probably buy a few more just to have when these wear out! Do i recommend Asic's Cumulus 22's...Yes But they do run about a 1/2 size to big!
