The shoe fits very well. It is very comfortable to wear and is not heavy. I've had these shoes over a year and I have worn them pretty hard. From everyday walking to hikes and trails.I had to "learn" to walk in them at first. Initially I was still walking like I was wearing traditional shoes. I consciously had to remind myself to let my toes relax. When I did, the shoes were more comfortable. There is a potential issue with these shoes. If you need arch support this will not do it. If I am going to be walking a really long distance I switch to regular sneakers but if I will be having shoes on for long time I definitely use these. They are great for traveling because in an airplane your feet are comfortable while still in your shoes. The other issue is that after a year of heavy use the glue is beginning to separate in some places but the sole is still in good shape. The verdict is that I intend to replace them with another pair when it's time.First day with these was at Fiesta Island in Mission bay. They were new to my feet but so comfortable as water shoes. Next day I took them hiking to the top of Vista mtns a 6mi trip up& down steep rocky trails. Fantastic barefoot hiker shoes with good flex & grip. Sharp jagged rocks were a bit tough on the sole of my foot but not the shoe. These are a winner for many outings though I won't take my wife out wearing them. She doesn't like the look. I would rather put my foot in my mouth than tell her she has bad taste in shoes. Best all around shoe for casual comfort for the money. I did love my Sperry Topsiders, sweet shoe, but they couldn't take the abuse and so I opted for these and glad I did.Overall fit was good ant the arch supports were good. The fitted “sock tongue” was kind of snug.Minimalist shoes have been a game changer for me. As someone with Neuropathy, going to minimalist shoes have allowed my toes the freedom to move naturally and not squeezed into the shoe. This has resulted in less toe cramps and pain. After the initial wearing period, my feet are now stronger and have better stability. I also wear as my new golf shoe.Liked the looks of the shoes, the quality of the materials and construction. The size ran extremely large. Sent back and will drop from an 11.5 to a size 10. Hopefully the size 10 fits. Looking forward to trying them out!Not quite as light as the New Balance Minimus, but very good overall. Haven't really broken them in yet. These fit great, thicker sole than other minimalist shoes I’ve had. Great for more rugged terrain.Probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. My left shoe is perfectly fine. My right shoe is coming apart at rubber edge. I may order another pair a 1/2 size smaller to see if that was the issue. Just wanted to leave a review saying they are comfortable but are failing.I wear barefoot like shoes from March through October. I used to wear Vibram Five Finger shoes, but they were a little low on stock the last couple years and are pretty expensive. I bought some cheap water shoes last summer. They were okay, but they wore out quickly in the big toe area. I thought I would try these ones as they seemed to have rubber covering the big toe better. And that they do.The first pair I ordered in my usual size of 8 1/2. They were way too small. Return was easy enough. The second pair I ordered was a size larger and still barely fit. The insole is very thick and the shoes don't have a lot of room up and down. Though they are plenty wide enough. I wore them the first few times with no insole. They felt fine, but I was afraid I might wear them out too fast. So I used some thinner insoles from some other shoes. I'll update on how they wear.I had FiveFingers before and these are comparable with 1/4 of costs. The rubber sole is thick enough and lots of traction nubs for trekking. They have cushion at the back of the shoe as well as under the heel. I wear them everyday and cannot fault them so far. Time will tell how long they last. This product is advertized as having a wide toe box. My feet are only 24.5 cm long, so they should fit comfortably into size 8 US. Well the length did, but the toe box is too narrow. Very uncomfortable for me to wear.I asked for a return. This was quickly approved. However the postage to USA from Australia is far too high. I live in Australia, I bought the item on amazon.com.au, so I thought that it's cheap to return to an Australian address. Well I was made to return to USA. I had to cancel the return. I will donate the shoes to a relative.I ordered an 8 1/2 as that is the size I wear in Canada, and they are way too big. I gave them to my husband who is a very happy, saying that they are incredibly comfortable. I just ordered myself a size 7…..wish me luck.Me gustó todo desde el color hasta el material. Se sienten comodísimos, ya no me he puesto tenis de marcas más famosas que tengo desde que compré estos.
